1. Difference 1: Different physical forms of thermal grease is a similar paste-like substance, while thermal silica gel is a similar gel-like substance. Thermal silicone grease can play a certain role in filling between mechanical parts, which can form a good thermal conduction path between electronic components and heat sinks. The thermal silica gel can be applied evenly on a relatively flat surface. For the filling of irregular surfaces and the optimization of the longitudinal thermal conductivity of mechanical parts, the thermal grease has a better effect than the thermal silica gel.
